Rates are based on time frame, availability, # of nights, holidays, weekday/weeknight, etc etc.... The hotel is undergoing construction to add a water park to the resort and you may be affected. Construction is currently scheduled Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. These days and hours could change as the project progresses . Some pools, cabanas, and dining outlets will be relocated or closed temporarily as work moves forward, and impact will vary by venue. In the meantime, hotel is expanding what's available at the beach, with additional games, lounge seating, and family activities, so there's still plenty on property for guests to enjoy while work is underway. They are also adjusting hours of operations at the signature and casual dining venues to
accommodate occupancy.

By far the best value out there for a stay at the Fontainebleau! Karen is a fantastic host and was super easy to communicate with. Our suite was exactly as pictured with a great view of both the city and the ocean. The restaurants at the Fontainebleau are outstanding and the spa passes were such an awesome surprise. There was a minor issue with cleaning but owner's services took care of it immediately. Check-in at the Fontainebleau is like the big hotels in Vegas -- if you hit a busy time it can be a total zoo -- but the pools, beach, bikes, spa, and friendly staff more than make up for it. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the ocean. The restaurants at the resort are wonderful we hope to return next winter!Ellen

Pro- the resort is huge, gorgeous and well kept. The amenities are fabulous.Con- The area around the resort is boring with not much to do, minimal restaurants and nothing for after dinner. The hotel staff was not as accommodating as I am used to. The pool/hot tub closes at 6 and the workers are pretty rude about it. We tilted our lounge chairs to be in the sun and we were told we couldn’t do that. Couldn’t bring food near the pool, can’t go in that area, can’t use that door, etc. Lots of “you can’t do that” for a vacation that we spent a lot of money on. While the place itself was impressive, I would not stay here again.
