Welcome to Sunshine in My Soul, a thoughtfully curated oceanfront retreat brought to you by Holden Coast Collective.
This Luxury 6 BR 6 1/2 Bath home has everything you need for a worry free family vacation. Every detail is intentionally selected to create a home that feels both elevated and welcoming and allows you to just show up and enjoy!
We are locals in Holden Beach and are happy to communicate with you as often as necessary during your stay. Feel free to call or text us with any questions.
Sunshine in My Soul is about 1/2 mile from the Holden Beach Bridge. It's a short drive to Bridgeview Park where you'll find a playground, basketball and pickleball courts as well as a splash pad for the kids. You can also easily get to local restaurants, Ocean Blvd Coffee and to the Sunday Night Concerts.

We rented "Sunshine in my Soul" to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with family, 8 adults and 8 grandchildren ages 10-18. It was perfect, and EVERYONE WAS IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! It is a short walk to the beach, great shelling, and everyone found handfuls of shark's teeth by the end of our week. Miss Jenny was excellent at communicating and was just a text away. The view was awesome and this house has this row of deck chairs third level off the kitchen that we used all the time, especially in the morning when we grabbed that first cup of coffee. We chose to eat a lot of meals there or at the picnic table to enjoy the view.With 16 people, I cooked most of the meals. I brought all this stuff because I was not sure what the house would have in the kitchen. I used very little because the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. In case you wonder, there was plenty of TP, paper towels, dish detergent, new sponge, nice pots and pans and casserole dishes, cookie sheets, and 9 x 11 baking dishes. They set up a tent daily at the beach and had plenty of good beach chairs, new and clean. Lots of boogie boards, and we rented some boards the kids loved. Bring plenty of beach towels. The pool was clean and had great recliners all around.I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this home. It is the best VRBO place we have ever rented. (Willow from Georgetown SC)

The house has a great floor plan with a great location and view of the ocean. It was well appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies. The elevator was one of the best we have used and the provided beach chairs were practically brand new. The concierge tent service provided was great. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house - carpet stains, trash under beds, dirty couches in the living area. The entire house could benefit from a good cleaning and overall maintenance. Especially the outside furniture - the paint was peeling so badly that it flaked off on our clothes and skin when we sat on it. It was especially upsetting to find flakes of paint on our 10-month old grandson's hands.
