About this house rental
This condo is ON the Water! The views you see are from the actual unit. Beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath lakeside condo is located directly on the Minocqua chain of lakes and is a short walk across the bridge into downtown Minocqua.

The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range/oven, refrigerator, toaster, air fryer and coffee pot maker. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful family meal.
50" LG HDTV connected to Charter cable with Blu-Ray player in the living room. High speed wireless internet can be used anywhere in the condo. Primary Bedroom has walk in closet and private bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. New Washer and Dryer in unit. Lake views from the entire main level and primary suite!
Located next to Minocqua Yacht Club Bar & Grill which is a fun place to have dinner and drinks, or take a 5 minute walk into downtown to eat/drink/shop. Enjoy your morning coffee or nightly drinks from the upstairs covered deck with the lake in full view.
There are private boat slips we have in front of our condos. I can not guarantee a slip until sometime in March of 2026. I typically am able to secure most weeks however no condo has a dedicated slip. This is true for all of the available rental units at Minocqua Lake Condos. Please let me know when reserving if you plan to bring or rent a boat during your stay.
Should you want to rent a boat, there are 2 places within walking distance of the condo that rent and you can leave your boat at their slip each night.
Park your snowmobiles out back, right off the lake, by the fire pit. Our unit is right on the trail! No need to trailer your sleds. You can go forever right out the back door. Please note that the condo association does not allow trailer parking in our lot and your trailer will need to be stored offsite. There is a company in town (Lakeside Marina) that allows our guests to keep their trailer there for a small fee. You just need to coordinate with them in advance.
Check out is not until 11am! You don't have to rush to get packed up on the morning of your departure. We would love to have you enjoy our vacation condo in Wisconsin's desirable Northwoods!! Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss options that may work better for you.

The townhouse was great; extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent too; right on the water (we were 3 old friends on a fishing trip so being on the water was a real plus) and next door to a very good bar/restaurant. Also an easy walk over the bridge to downtown. Owner communication was great. We had zero issues and hope to be back next year.

Nice location! Bed mattresses need replaced-very worn and uncomfortable along with bed linens very old. Having own grills either gas or charcoal would be a benefit for people staying and wanting to grill out. Thank you
