Come enjoy this beautiful home on Lake Minocqua- the Minocqua area's most popular lake. Everything is new and professionally decorated. Experience all the area has to offer from golf and water sports to fall colors and hunting, this home has it all.
3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, open concept Lake Minocqua home with over 100 feet of Lake Minocqua frontage located in the Minocqua Heights neighborhood.
This beautiful home with cedar siding, granite counter tops, fireplace insert, new HVAC, central A/C, stainless appliances, tile showers and custom window coverings.

Nestled in the quiet setting of a short dead end road with a beautiful view of Stacks Bay, all while being minutes from downtown. Minocqua Country Club holes #7 & #8 are directly off your driveway along with abundant wildlife outside both your front and back doors.
Golf carts are conveniently allowed throughout the neighborhood continuing up to Mid Lake Road / Country Club Road intersection. Level lakeside frontage leading to a permanent timber / treated lumber dock in a peaceful bay means no taking the docks and lifts out each fall and no installing them in the spring. Blacktop driveway with a detached 1.5 car garage just steps from the house. The Minocqua chain is an excellent Walleye fishery set to be open to harvesting in the very near future. Direct access to the main lake snowmobile trail from backyard.
7 Night Minimum year round
In the warmer months, you could spend an entire day on our lakes fishing, water skiing, tubing, wake boarding, or taking a relaxing sunset pontoon ride. In the winter our waters turns to ice, and the adventure continues. Trade your bathing suit for ice skates and your fishing pole for a tip up. Keep cruising the lake on a snowmobile instead of a boat. Strap on some skis or snowshoes and trek through our winter wonderland.
60 Hp Benington 20 foot Pontoon Rental is available with this cabin for an extra fee. Ask us abut it.
A Note About Dogs:
We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) Up to two dogs are allowed at this cabin with prior approval- an additional fee applies. That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog(s).
We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog(s):
*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;
*Chew things other than bones;
*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or;
*Use the house as a bathroom.
We ask that your dogs be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not (One large crate is available at the cabin). Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. Sorry, no cats, please.

House, garage and parking space were fantastic. Dock was only capable of securing on fishing boat. Water level at dock and bay is shallow. Appreciated having electricity near dock to charge boat batteries. Good location.

The house is really great. Very cute home. Appointed well and very clean. Communication with management company was very timely in response to questions. Good communication of expectations. I absolutely loved that we could bring our two dogs. The reason for 4/5 stars is the pier and the inaccurate information provided by the management company. Was told the water depth was 4’ the length of the pier was about 30’. Not at all accurate and was detrimental to the appreciation of our stay. The water depth is actually 2.5’ and the pier length is 19’. We were unable to use the pier for our 24’ Sea Ray despite being told it would be ‘no problem’. I can’t express how disappointed we were. In any event, we had a nice stay and were able to trail our boat to a launch. My advice is that this pier is suitable for a fishing boat but not a “speed boat” that requires more draw. Otherwise, our stay was nice.

Check in was easy. Kitchen was newer and in working order. Wi-Fi was great. House was clean, well organized with essentials supplied.
