The entire process was pretty simple. We arrived, combination worked first every time. The accommodations were perfect. Enjoyed the pool, can see the beach access from the balcony, short walk about 50 yards or less. Very relaxing enjoyable time. We will be back!

For our first trip to Pensacola, we chose this property because of the price, but it will be our first choice when we go back for many reasons.
The area is clean and down the main drag from the bars and restaurants, maybe 5 minute drive, close enough to get to the action when we want but quiet enough when we don’t want the crowds and the noise. The area is family friendly and quiet.
The condo itself is clean and decorated comfortably the way a beach house should be. We had plenty of space with my husband and I sharing the bedroom and our teenager taking the daybed in the living room which was much more comfortable than a sofa bed! Because if the second bathroom, she still had her privacy and we never felt crowded.
The short walk to the beach and the shower just off the beach were super convenient, and the location gave us a great view from the balcony.
The complex is clean and well lit and the grounds well maintained. We didn’t go to the pool other than to see where it was, and that area was clean and the pool in great shape.
We bought cheep chairs for the beach but needed up making a deal with the chair and umbrella guys who are on the beach about 7:30 and pick up about 5:30 (30/week day, 40/weekend day), and it was well worth it to have good shade and not have to drag that stuff back and forth to the beach every day, but check the closet on the porch before you commit because there are beach toys and other things left there including our cheep chairs.
The WiFi was a little slow when we were all online, our daughter doing her high school classes remotely, and my husband and I in our own video conferences, but we never lost our connections to our meetings when we were all on a meeting at the same time, so it was fine. Otherwise, the WiFi was great, and if we were not in a time of distance meetings for everyone, this would not have been an issue at all.
We enjoyed reading the comments from other visitors in the guestbook, and had hoped to leave our own mark, and the book is full of happy stories of trips to the beach. But we couldn’t leave our story because all of the pages are taken!!! Hopefully when we come back, we can leave our mark, too!!
All in all, we are so happy we chose this property over some of the others and over a resort or hotel. This was so much more comfortable and relaxed and we felt like we were right at home.
