Villas on the Gulf is on the gulf side of Pensacola Beach and is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This 5-acre community consists of 108 condos in a low-rise complex centered around a sparkling lagoon with fountain. Guests love feeding the ducks! You’ll enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, sunning on the pool deck, beach access with shower, and most of all, the beach. Parking was covered and under unit. Pool was just behind unit seen from balcony. Walk to beach was about 2 min from front door .

This condo was a bit outdated for our taste, but it was very clean, and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything imaginable! The beach was literally a 3 mil. walk and The Local market was sublime! There were furnished beach chairs and sand toys available, We enjoyed the closeness of the smaller space with our teens! Def recommend!!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! Literally steps from the beach... Decently equipped kitchen provided everything we needed during our stay. The beach chairs barely functioned and there wasn't an umbrella. We made due, but it was a bit of a bummer...

Really enjoyed staying at this location. We’re from Baldwin County, Alabama and we’re looking for something nice and quiet. This definitely met all of our expectations. Super clean and located away from the main beachfront. I think the only “con” I have is that the beds were super firm but then again there’s no bed like your own, Lol. Overall we loved this little spot and will definitely be back!
