Cove Cottage On Beautiful Long Pond

The cabin is rustic, comfortable & welcoming. The property is magical - the woods, the mossy path, beautiful pond, the peace & privacy is just perfect. This our 3rd time here & we always think about the next time. We wandered into Plymouth a bit more this time & really enjoyed the walk along the Harbor Trail. There is more to explore I am sure. This property is very special and so charming! It is secluded and very relaxing. We were also close to Boston and Newport. I hope to be able to return one day!

Our second stay at Cove Cottage was even more enjoyable than our first earlier this summer. Went kayaking, canoeing with the 2 dogs and relaxed on the beach. Beautiful weather, comfortable cottage. Everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Our weeks stay at this amazing retreat was just what the doctor ordered. Upon my arrival I was met by the owners for a tour of the grounds which are lovely and private. They had a bottle of wine chilling and even some treats for the pups! The house is warm and comforting and I absolutely love the claw foot bathtub. I love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. Our two dogs loved swimming and sunning themselves on the sandy beach and the short walk to the water brings you back in time to being a kid and walking barefoot on the soft mossy ground. The beach area is sandy and the water clear. Most of the day time was spent simply relaxing on the beach reading and people watching. At night the record player and the large library or albums was a great source of entertainment. I didn’t miss the television at all! If you want to unplug and forget about the worries of the world this is your place.
