A spacious living area with a comfortable queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, ideal for families or groups of friends.
A cozy enclosed porch equipped with a twin futon, providing extra sleeping space or a relaxing nook to bask in the ocean breeze.
A fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials for whipping up delicious meals, including pots, pans, place settings, glassware, and utensils for grilling.
A convenient mini-split system ensuring year-round comfort with efficient air conditioning and heating.
Private, outdoor space complete with a gas grill, a picnic table, and a refreshing hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
