1) We love the location best.
2) Also appreciate the two bathrooms and toilets.
3) It was helpful to have the 2 sitting areas.
4) Natalie at the Real Estate was very helpful and answered all our emails promptly. Kudos, Natalie.
1) Had to drive into Nelson Bay to pick up the keys. Should have a key safe to make it easier for tenants.
2) The garage was not working and was only repaired the last day of our stay even though we reported it on Day 1. So we had to park on the driveway.
3) Would be cleaner if floor coverings/towels were provided in the bathrooms.

The location was beautiful. Easy access to beaches.
The house needs a very thorough clean.
Dirty blinds, fans were covered in dust and windows were filthy
Also a dryer is a must.
