Location near beach, kitchen appliances/ utensils etc and dog friendly back yard were perfect. Loved playing table tennis in garage with the kids.

The stove was very old but functional. It could have been cleaner. There was no dishwasher in the unit which we hadn't realised, so we washed all our dishes and cutlery prior to using as they were not really clean. Privacy is challenging with the blinds in the master bedroom not covering the window adequately. But it's a nice place to stay and well stocked for most things that you need. If you had a lot of people there you may struggle with plates and cutlery. We had a really lovely holiday and will return when we can. The beach is fantastic. If keys could be provided in a keysafe it would be simpler on arrival and leaving, but it is not too far to NB and there are many shops there for supplies and meals.

Very overpriced based on the below. Charging such a high price and we still had to travel up with bedding/towels etc. Make a Mum’s holiday a holiday please …. Looks like a lot of the living or dining room furniture was 2nd hand. Plastic trestle table in the balcony, sofas with holes on them, all old and out of fashion. Dining table was old styled too. Should have posted pictures of bathrooms- it was misleading. There is a 1990s style full bathroom with toilet, then 1 separate toilet (no sink) downstairs. Family bedtime was fun getting in n out! Also main bedroom photos should also have been posted. No privacy at all in this room as it has a half wall that opens in to the main upstairs lounge. Kitchen was pokey and old. No dishwasher. Tap leaking was a problem. Felt like the cleaner - multiple signs in the property stating charges will be made if certain items weren’t perfectly clean. Made leaving day a stress. Picking up the keys and dropping off keys in Nelson Bay was a complete hassle. It added 45mins journey on to the stay and exit and both in the opposite direction. The amount of reminders for duplicate documentation and key drop off by the agents were also unexpected when they had all documentation and it was noted we would drop keys off after leaving at 10am not arrive in Nelson Bay by 10am.
