La zona y la cercanía con las tiendas. El piso es cómodo y muy limpio.

Instalaciones básicas, pero cómodas. Están en obras para instalar un ascensor. Es un 2º piso, en Triana, bien situado para visitar Sevilla. Tiene un balcón cerrado.
La cocina tenía productos que deberían renovarse, como un Yatekomo.o caducado en 2025 o un estropajo usado.

Apartamento confortavel
Aquecimento da água ficou fria rápido. Como estávamos em 4 pessoas, no terceiro a tomar banho a agua já ficava fria.

El apartamento era amplio, la ubicación relativamente buena, y el precio razonable.
No me gustó que no me hayan avisado que el edificio estaba en obras (instalando un elevador justo a uno o dos metros del apartamento. Empezaron con ruidos fuertísimos a las 8 de la mañana. De haberlo sabido de antemano, probablemente hubiera elegido otro alojamiento. Además, había reservado la plaza de parking pero el anfitrión me envió mensajes confusos. Primero me mandó a un parking que era el incorrecto, luego me mandó a otro que estaba lejos e inaccesible por obras, así que finalmente tuve que buscarme la vida y aparcar en la calle, lo cual en Sevilla es muy complejo.
