1848 Beachside Tennis is a newly renovated first floor, two bedroom, two bath vacation villa located in South Beach within walking distance of South Beach Marina. This villa is just steps away from the beach. The open and airy floor plan offers stunning views of the Calibogue Sound from every room, lots of beach accents and beautiful art pieces.
The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, new appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats four. The adjacent dining high top table seats four also. To the left of the entrance in the closet is a stacked front-loading washer and dryer. Behind the pocket door is a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Off the kitchen is the guest bedroom with two queen beds, a walk-in closet and 40” TV. The sliding doors open to a covered balcony with a high-top table that seats four. Enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the perfectly landscaped yard and Calibogue Sound.
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating including a gray sectional couch and accent chair. There is a 55” mounted flat screen TV and a sliding glass door leading to the spacious balcony. The covered balcony has a high-top table for two and steps leading down to the pool and beach.
The spacious Master bedroom has a King bed, 32” TV in the armoire, and a sliding glass door that leads out to a cozy private balcony with two chairs for watching the sunset. A private bathroom is located just off the bedroom and has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
A large beachside swimming pool and propane gas grilling area are available to guests. Located in the highly desirable South Beach Marina area, this villa is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Café, shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment. Perfect for a week's vacation or a quick getaway weekend, guests will be sure to revel in the breath-taking sunsets and peaceful setting of Beachside Tennis Villas.

Wow! We had an incredible stay to celebrate the holidays with our family.The view is unbelievable at this home!!!-Beautiful home and decor-Great game table-Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms-Huge kitchen that is well stocked-Easy check-in and out-Just steps to the beach!We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again when we get back to Hilton Head.

I was totally impressed with this unit. It was very clean, well equipped with linens and kitchen items, and the view was gorgeous. As soon as I get home I’ll try to book for a future date. 🤗
