HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply take the elevator or stairs, cross the private boardwalk, and you'll have your toes in the sand in less than a minute.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Every morning I watched the sunrise from the side window and every evening I watched the sunset from the porch. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was extremely responsive, friendly, and very helpful. The location on the south end of the island placed it across the street from the Salty Dog so we could walk to the restaurant. There was also great access to the beach for lovely walks.The only thing I would change is there are way too many bed pillows and they’re totally in the way. The decor in the bathrooms was beautiful and great for advertising pictures but the plants were also in the way. if there had been somewhere to put all this stuff, it would’ve been OK. But there’s nowhere to put it and the pillows took up valuable closet space.

Inside and out…just stunning. My sisters and I met for a weekend without husbands (children are all grown) and we had a wonderful time. The weather could have corporates better, however, we were fine with sitting around and catching up!
