About this house rental
Newly updated single home in a lovely gated golf course community. Minutes from Lakewood Ranch golf courses, shops and walking paths. Also minutes off route 75, one exit above upscale Sarasota mall and extensive shopping opportunities on University Parkway. The house is newly decorated in a Pottery Barn theme. It sits on a corner lot and has a two car garage. The house also has a lovely screened in lani off of the living area. The home is centrally located and a short drive to Sarasota's Beach, Art and Resturant community.

This home is a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you need, just like home. Allen, the owner, is very easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful. The gated community is very well kept and the location is close to the major highway for ease of travel. If you are a golfer, Rosedale golf course is a wonderful course to play. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed in this great place for a short get away. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped with all you need for a great vacation. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood, gated community, safe, with access to swimming pool, golf course, and the club house that offered delicious food.
It is near upscale shopping malls, restaurants and the beach- all a short drive away. The owner gave us a great list with recommendations. We had a great time in Florida, hope to be back soon!

Allen is a great host! Quick to respond to my questions. The property was well represented in the app, no surprises. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. My husband and I are planning a move to Florida and spent a month here to check out the area. The property is minutes away from Interstate 75 which made our daily excursions so easy. Not so close to the beach, though. We enjoyed golfing at the course in the neighborhood and good restaurants are close by.
Kitchen is well stocked and the home is nicely decorated. Very comfortable!! Would definitely stay again!

Great home and great service from owner. The community is beautiful and very convenient to stores and restaurants and highways.
