About this villa rental
This beautifully well maintained Executive Home in Tara Golf & Country Club offers all the comforts from home in an ideal location for exploring Florida. This fantastic four-bedroom, three-bathroom, double garage home, close to the Interstate in East Bradenton means you can be at the beaches in less than 30 mins, Tampa in less than 50 mins and Orlando in approximately 90 mins. If you prefer to take things a little slower, the nearby Tara Preserve Clubhouse offers a public golf course, a beautiful lake view as well as a view of the course.
This open plan house is great for large groups with lots of communal space including the open plan kitchen and family room, dining room, sitting room and large decked pool area.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Super-King bed and beautiful bedroom furniture including a flat screen TV. Two walk-in wardobes ensure that there is plenty of room for luggage and your purchases from the nearby Outlets malls. The en-suite includes whirlpool bath, walk in shower and double sinks.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, integrated wardrobes some additional pieces and a separate bathroom.
The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, integrated wardrobes and additional bedroom furniture for a comfortable living experience. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which is another good size room with a twin bed with accompanying trundle bed which is ideal for kids.
A private, heated pool and jacuzzi are just a few of the amenities on offer, this home is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery, wine glasses, linens, washer and dryer, high speed internet (wi-fi), cable TV, and phone. There are toys for the pool and deck chairs and loungers available for use around the pool.
If you would like to take a trip to one of the beautiful nearby beaches, there are beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler for your use as well!

We found this villa very spacious a great place for family to gather. The pool area was a brilliant outdoor space for entertaining. The pool and jacuzzi were marvellous. The villa was extremely comfortable and had everything you could need for a fantastic holiday.
It was a good location for the shops and a 35 minute drive to Coquina beach. I used the local shops for hair and nails and they were great. We walked (25 minutes) to local Applebee's, Problanos several times. There are loads of fast food restaurants very local. There is a publix and a Walmart within easy reach and loads of places to eat out nearby, Texas Roadhouse is a must. The UTC mall is 10 minutes away and Ellento premium outlet is 20 minutes away.
We had a wonderful stay and Alasdair was very helpful when needed.
I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends and will definitely be booking to stay there again for our next family holiday in Florida

A very nice property. Well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday, especially for foreign visitors.
Alasdair was very helpful and reacted quickly to a couple of minor problems we encountered.
Would highly recommend it to anyone.
