About this apartment rental
Drac 5 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. It is a spacious apartment with a balcony and access to the roof terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one with access to the balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the balcony, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. The dining room has access to an outdoor staircase that leads up to the roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a parasol and offers fantastic views of the entire cove. The property is furnished and equipped with satellite TV, central heating and internet. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available.
Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

The location is hard to beat! The view is absolutely stunning and it was great to have access to the roof terrace
I would suggest getting newer mattresses as they had some springs protruding and dip in the middle… We also missed blinds in the bathroom (overlooking the cove) for when we wanted to shower after dark. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked. Also having anything to create shade on the roof would be greatly appreciated

Lovely apartment with tremendous views of the bay, ideally situated near the beach.
Kitchen was well equipped which was handy as there was only one restaurant open in Cala Santanyi while we were there in March. Good sized fridge.
We couldn't make the radiators work in the main lounge, front bedroom and bathroom. However the radiators in the rooms we weren't using were working so, with the internal doors open, it was warm enough for us. A kettle that switches itself off would be good. The sofa also needs replacing soon, the padding at the back has sunk to the bottom making it a bit uncomfortable.

La ubicación es lo mejor, no está en primera línea, está en línea cero, está cadí dentro del agua, es exactamente, lo que estaba buscando, el apartamento en muy buenas condiciones, para no hay palabras por la satisfacción de mi familia los días que estuvimos hospedados
Para mi no hay nada que mejorar está perfecto

Die Lage, die Klimaanlage, der Herd in der Küche, der Parkplatz vor der Türe, der hilfsbereite Service unten im Haus
Ein neues Sofa wäre gut (durchgesessen).
Das eine Badzimmer (ohne Fenster) stinkt mal mehr/mal weniger - aber intensiv - nach Kanal (war leider auch schon vor 2 Jahren so).
Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ist etwas klein.
Den Preis in der Hauptsaison wieder auf 160€/Tag senken.
