Gostei da localização, a casa é boa e as acomodações são ótimas

A água é salgada, pra tomar banho e cozinhar O ar condicionado pra usar, você precisa pagar...um absurdo, sendo que o valor da diária é alta pra mais um custo, sem avisar na hora da locação

10/10 - loved our week long stay here with 5 friends. Super comfortable bedrooms, nice bathroom (another bathroom downstairs) and the wrap around balcony was the highlight. Had everything you needed down too washing powder, beach umbrellas and beach towels. In the cutest little neighbourhood, about 10-15 minutes walk from Cala santanyi. Honestly, we loved where the house was because it was away from all the hotels and crowds and instead was in a local street but close enough to walk to the beach. Also a 5 min drive to santanyi which has amazing restaurants etc but there are also enough restaurants in Cala Santanyi to go local and not drive. We also walked 35 minutes to the famous beaches Cala Lombards and another 30 minutes from there to Cala D’es Moro - good if you don’t have a car or want to avoid the parking mares (which we did). I would absolutely recommend this house if in a big group

Kitchen was quite small compared to the rest of the house which made cooking a bit of a squeeze but not a huge problem at all.

Die Lage und die Architektur des Hauses (umlaufender Balkon) sowie die schönen Zimmer. Großartig! Insgesamt ein super Quartier, jederzeit gern wieder.

Mal zwei neue Sofas reinstellen. Und vielleicht mal neue Matratzen.

Die Unterkunft war besser als auf Booking beschrieben. Wir haben zu sechst (mit vier erwachsenen Kindern) eine herrliche Woche verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Aussicht auf wunderschöne Ferienhäuschen mitten im Grünen. Von einer Stelle des Balkons sah man sogar das Meer. Außer dem Zirpen der Grillen gab es keine störenden Geräusche. Der Strand war fußläufig erreichbar (über die Straße) und am frühen Morgen und am Abend leer. Danke für die leckere Flasche Wein beim Empfang.

Der Grill ist gewöhnungebedürftig, man benötigt viel Holzkohle und mindestens eine halbe Stunde, bis der dicke gusseiserne Rost heiß genug ist. Das Wasser aus dem Hahn schmeckt salzig aber Duschen und Zähneputzen ist kein Problem. Eine große Teekanne wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
