The Bay House is a great little downstairs studio apartment. It is a perfect get away for a couple or a few friends. Offering a wonderful covered patio, great for relaxing, grilling and watching the water. There is a private 500 foot lighted pier for fishing. This is a studio apartment with an efficiency kitchen with a hot plate, microwave and small refrigerator. There is 1 bathroom. Parking is limited at this home.

Really liked the area and the room. Especially liked the private lighted fishing pier!! The room was very clean and comfortable. About the only thing that would be great to change would be the mattresses but not if you raise the cost of the rental! Renters could just bring a topper if they wish. Thank you!

Property was good but the listing on VRBO was not the unit rented - before renting this unit you need to go to the renters website and confirm what you are going to get.
Disappointed with VRBO, not the unit.
