About this apartment rental

JJ's Landing is a great place for just a small group of people. This home is a large downstairs studio apartment with a nice living/dining area, sleeping area and small kitchen. There is a private full bathroom. This home offers a NEW 500 foot lighted private pier with a boat dock. A great covered patio facing the water is wonderful for relaxing and grilling.
Satellite TV. BBQ. Air conditioned. Pets Allowed for $100 non refundable fee.

The location and view are great. The home is very dated and the shower head is less than 5’6 bc it was lower than my head. Be aware that you need to pack every food item that you want bc there is no convenience store or grocery store. The restaurants in town are average. Great spot to get away from it all.
