Casa Emblematica- Rural "Casa del Cuartel", is located on Calle La Orilla, is an accommodation located in the historic town of La Oliva, north of Fuerteventura, 15 minutes by car from the nearest beach in Corralejo. Cotillo and 30 minutes from Puerto del Rosario and the airport. Its construction dates back to the 18th century, in response to the type of majorera house in the form of a cube, with a patio located inside that contains a water tank. It consists of 2 independent houses, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 1 bedroom and each with a large terrace.
CASA DEL CUARTEL I, This historical property has one bedroom, with double bed, hall, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, independent bathroom, large kitchen with all its utensils (microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc), and ample courtyard.
CASA DEL CUARTEL II and III, This historic property has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed, and the secondary bedroom with two single beds, a living room with two sofa beds for 2 people, a separate bathroom, a spacious kitchen with all its utensils (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine etc ...), and large interior patio.
You can reach the incredible beaches of Fuerteventura in only 15 minutes. Corralejo is 15 minutes away by car. The property is located in the historic center of the City of La Oliva.
The establishment offers free parking and is located a few meters from the historic center of the city of La Oliva (Museo de la Cilla, Iglesia Ntra. Mrs. de la Candelaria, House of the Colonels).
