About this apartment rental
Condominios Taheima is situated within the gated Paradise Village community in Nuevo Vallarta, near Banderas Bay, and a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport. The spacious Taheima grounds back onto the 5th fairway of the picturesque El Tigre Golf Club and include two of the largest and most beautiful pools in the area. From Condominios Taheima, it is a short walk (or shuttle from the nearby road) to shopping, restaurants, the beach, El Tigre Golf Club, and a sports club with its own large pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce, gym, fitness centre, hot tub, sauna and more.
Our condominium is peaceful, bright and in almost new condition--ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. You can enjoy a lovely view of the trees, mountains and golf course, including the local colourful birds.
Our balcony, which runs the width of the condominium, is ideal for sipping your morning coffee as you enjoy the bird chorus, or for having a quiet meal. You can also enjoy barbecuing on our electric barbecue. We have added retractable screens to our balcony and front door, so you can enjoy the fresh air and breeze.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2 element stove top, microwave, and apartment size fridge. Dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven etc. are provided.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed. You can open the shutters to the bedroom and enjoy the view from your bed. There are a sofa and comfortable chair in the living room, and a new Smart TV. The bathroom is spacious and includes a soaker tub, large walk in shower and double sinks.

Guests staying at our condominium for at least 28 nights have the option to purchase a guest membership at Paradise Village (currently, approximately 67 USD per person for one month), which provides access to a private Beach Club and private Sports Club, each of which has its own pool and restaurant, and a discount at the championship El Tigre Golf Club, whose restaurant offers meals including a lovely champagne brunch on Sundays. End your day by watching a glorious sunset as you relax and sip a drink under a palapa at the Beach Club!
For your peace of mind, a hospital is only a few minutes away, and Condominios Taheima has its own security, as well as being within the gated Paradise Village community.

L’appartement est confortable, paisible et très bien équipé.Nous avons apprécié trouver à notre arrivée les essentiels tels des essuies tout, du café, les assaisonnements de base, de l’eau.... ...
Le complexe est très bien entretenu et le petit resto-bar sur place est pratique car les restos à l’extérieur du complexe ne sont pas si nombreux et il faut marcher environ de 20-30 minutes pour s’y rendre,sinon il faut prendre un taxi.
Un gros merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont fait parvenir toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing! The condo was very clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed. The pools at the resort are fantastic and the place is so quiet and private! No fighting other folks for lounge chairs. Although the resort isn't on the beach, you can get a temporary membership to a beach club that is an easy walk or cheap cab ride away (there's also a shuttle service). Also within an easy walking distance are several restaurants, a grocery store and various shops. Very convenient!

This condo is the perfect size and very well equipped. It is very clean and very well maintained. Pride of ownership was obvious. There is a nice sized patio/deck overlooking the golf course which provides a perfect place to start and end your day. The deck houses a barbeque which was brand new and never used upon our arrival. We had merely asked if the condo was equipped with a BBQ and Gab and Juliet purchased one. We felt honored!!
That is just one minor example of the standards of the owners. They go out of their way to make your stay the best experience. They checked in with us via email upon our arrival and throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We had to leave after 6 weeks as a result of a family tragedy. Gab and Juliet helped us during our departure further demonstrating their compassion and understanding.
Taheima is a quiet complex with staff that work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The complex has two nice sized pools and it was never an issue trying to find a lounge. Some of the lounges were broken although still usable but staff were replacing them prior to our departure. Taheima is located within the El Tigre Golf Course complex which is a gated community providing an added sense of security and safety.
You have an optional access to a great gym, tennis courts, and Pickleball courts just a short ten minute walk from Taheima.
Beach access via the Playa Royale is also just a short walk away. If you have never been to Nuevo Vallarta, the beaches are awesome.
We loved the accommodation and location. We will be returning and soon!! Highly recommended.

The first thing I noticed when I to Tahamia was how spacious the apartment was! From the pictures I was expecting the place to be smaller. Overall my whole experience with staying at this apartment was really pleasant! I enjoyed the information they gave to me beforehand, as it helped me navigate the space as well as Mexico. I would never have bought a social membership to paradise village if it weren’t for the direction. I am really glad I did as it was one of the aspects of Mexico I enjoyed most! The social membership allowed me access to the gym (which has a lot of very nice equipment, a sauna, a hot tub, and a pool) and the beach!
My favourite part of the apartment has a really nice little patio. Most mornings my significant other and I would eat breakfast and have coffee there and watch the sunrise, and listen to the song birds sing. In addition the patio was really nice at night when the weather was a bit cooler. On the patio, and in the apartment, there wasn’t a lot of noise. It was very peaceful.
My second favourite part was the pool! It was amazing! There are two pools with lots of reclining chairs and umbrellas. I spent a lot of time parked in front of the pool with a book and even more time in the water. It was so clean, cool, and refreshing.
The owners were very helpful and replied to all my emails promptly! I am really glad I chose to stay with them because they made the whole process a lot less stressful.
