Welcome to a quiet two-bedroom condo at Marina Residences in Nuevo Nayarit, with marina views, a heated pool and Paradise Plaza next door.
The condo sleeps up to six guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. Inside you will have in-unit Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The private balcony overlooks the marina.
The two-bedroom layout and practical in-unit amenities work well for couples, families, and longer stays. At the shared Marina Residences pool, guests can use chairs, palapas, a BBQ area, and an outdoor kitchenette.
Paradise Plaza is next door for restaurants, groceries, banking and transportation options to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Golf options including El Tigre and Nayar Vidanta are in the area: tee times, access, fees, and transportation are arranged separately.
Dreaming of beach day? Playa FIBBA offers a wide stretch of sand with public access near Grand Velas and Marival, plus public facilities and Coco Beach Restaurant by the water. This access is separate from Paradise Village Resort. Chair, palapa, and parking fees can change, and guests should bring their own beach towels.
