About this apartment rental
This spacious third floor apartment is just a short walk from the famous Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa.
The highlight of the apartment is the breathtaking sea and harbour views from the large 'wrap around´ balcony.
From the entrance hall, step into a lovely, bright, modern living/dining room, with comfortable sofas, contemporary relaxing decor and sliding doors which open out onto the balcony - imagine having your holiday breakfast there every morning and being able to pop across the road for a swim and some beach time!
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge and dishwasher and there is a separate utility area with a washing machine.
In total the holiday apartment sleeps six guests. There is a large double room with plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom, a double room and a twin-bedded room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The hallway is ideal for storing bikes, pushchairs and beach accessories, There is also a lift, a ramp and intercom entry system
With a huge choice of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants right next to the apartment, a rental car is not necessary.

Great location, very central
Spacious apartment, great balcony with views to hills and sea

A great spot in a beautiful area of Majorca.
Address details and access instructions, did not state which apartment only the building address easily resolved by phone call, despite being evening time.
We had a great stay and would book again if coming back

Very spacious apartment, well laid out. Plenty of room for a grown up family of six.
Well equipped with appliances all working properly.
Location was perfect, very close to the beach with a lovely view at the end of the enormous balcony.

The keys were easily found in the key safe. However the apartment number is not written on the tag or in the arrival information. We had to work out it was actually 3C.
The Air Con in bedroom 3 was smelly. This was reported on the first day. Somebody did come to look at it, but it was still smelly. We had to turn it off and use the fan.
In the house rules ....keep noise to a minimum.
Well, its on a very ,very noisy corner. The noise from the local bars was disturbing until the early hours...every night.
The occupants in the above apartment...it sounded like they were moving furniture every night, and kept their dog barking.They obviously did not read the house rules.
Facilities OK, good kitchen and plenty of crockery.
The bathrooms need modernising, with a modern shower.
The bottom of the bath is very slippery.
No on street parking nearby. 10 minute walk to the nearest car park.
Overall considering the cost of the rental for a week and the noise disturbances, we were not particularly impressed at all.
