About this apartment rental
Perfect alternative to expensive hotel room without giving up luxury or location! In a completely brand new building inside, but with original facade outside on popular Huertas street, extremely close to Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums and the Palacio Real, in historic center of Madrid, the famous Barrio de las Letras. The apartment has a king size bed, plus additional sofa bed in the living room. Lots of light and smack dab in the middle of all the happening places.
The apartment is right next to Plaza de Santa Ana. Near Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. You can walk to La Cava Baja, a street full of restaurants and little bars. Also, the Mercado de San Miguel. Great meeting place and good tapas.

The apartment was everything we expected and more. Very clean, location was excellent and had a great check in tour. Totally worth staying here in Madrid.

Stayed here for 11 days. Property was exactly as advertised. Great location, close to museums, restaurants, Plaza Mayor, etc. Host was cordial and helpful. On site contact was very helpful and on site daily. Highly recommend this property.

Very central location to many Madrid attractions. Apartment itself was quite nice, bread at one floor up the street noise and cigarette smoke at night was intolerable.
