Open the 12 foot sliding glass doors and the living area seamlessly flows into an elegant, minimalist courtyard. Combining sophisticated design with simplicity and comfort, Upper Canyon Studio is perfect for singles and couples.
This beautiful private, studio has a working kitchen, full bath, living space, queen bed, walk-in closet, courtyard, security system, radiant floor heating, air conditioning, and off street parking.
Payment
Full payment and a signed lease are required. Your signed lease must be received within 24 hours of booking. Tenants pay all payment fees to be deducted from the damage deposit.
Short and long term stays are available. Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice, please inquire prior to making a reservation.
A 3 night minimum stay is required except during holidays when a 5 night minimum stay is required. Please contact the owner for more information.

Upper Canyon Studio is perfectly suited as a private and peaceful retreat space for creative inspiration, meditation and self-renewal. Resources for yoga, pilates, body work, hot springs, alternative practitioners and healthy food options are provided to make your visit more enjoyable.

At Upper Canyon Studio we are committed to the environment and sustainability. We use and provide only non-toxic, ‘green’ cleaning product, toiletries and recycled paper products; we also recycle and offer (optional) composting for extended stays. This is a non-smoking property and pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We strive to provide a non-toxic, low-allergy environment. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate those with environmental sensitivities, please contact us for further details.

We loved our stay at Upper Canyon Studio! The studio was very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. It had a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and every dish, pot, pan, and kitchen utensil you might need. The bathroom was roomy and it had a full size shower. The host, Tushita, even supplied some medicine cabinet essentials. Good towels too. The bed was very comfortable and had soft cotton sheets and quilt and good pillows. There was a desk with a large workspace, a selection of books and even notecards and a notepad. The check-in packet contained great information about local activities and restaurants. Tushita also included some organic french roast coffee beans and a big bottle of water for us to enjoy. The couch was comfortable and the television worked well and had some streaming options that we were able to access. There was also a table and chairs for dining inside. The patio area was lovely with two comfy chairs, kiva and another table and chairs and an umbrella for shade. We loved the whole vibe of the place. It was decorated tastefully with neutral colors and was both pleasing to the eye and the soul. We just felt so relaxed during our stay. We walked into town, Canyon Road shops and even to the farmer's market. We traveled with our senior pup and enjoyed many meals in town where our dog was welcomed. Again, this place is a gem and the host is so welcoming. We plan to return again soon.
