The condo was as advertised- beautiful views and comfortable for our family of 4. Beach was a short walk and always plenty of space to set up. Beach closet contained 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a kids chair. Pool is closer than the beach and there were always chairs available. Had some maintenance issues such as a slow faucet, lost tv remote, and window blinds controller needing a battery, and Management responded in a timely fashion. This condo is a corner unit with a potentially adjoining room. With just two internal doors separating us from that room, it was noisy at times. We could clearly hear them so I’m sure they could hear us too. Overall, I recommend!

This is the second time we have utilized this Condo. We love the fact that it provides the best view of the morning sunrise with sunset viewable in the above floor sundeck. The condo has very comfortable beds and everything worked perfectly. Will consider it for future stays.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath, corner top floor unit with spectacular bidirectional views from numerous windows and the balcony. Appliances and washer/dryer appeared to have been updated and kitchen was well equipped. There is nothing like enjoying your coffee and breakfast taking in the sunrise, beach, Baytown area views in the bidirectional view at the balcony dining table. Televisions in Living and bedroom areas if you have time to watch them in this fantastic recreational area. Near pool and beach is a short walk. The big disappointment was the morning I woke up and realized it was departure day.
