Kitchen was minimally equipped but had what we needed. It was clean and had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. It is an older building and could be maintained maybe a little better. But it suited our needs. Parking is okay. I did have to contact the owner to have them clear the spot designated for our unit but it only took five minutes. It had limited sources for heat so it was a bit chilly at first. For the price it was a good value.

Recently stayed three nights at this lovely property.The location was excellent for our purposes, allowing us to walk to restaurants and walk all over the South Hill. We found the beds comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the atmosphere peaceful.Meeting the sweet manager was a bonus.We will come back!

This place had really good reviews and for the most part it was great. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a washer or dryer. That’s my fault. I didn’t read the listing thoroughly, but it just wasn’t clean. There was hair on the side of the shower and in the drain like you could tell it was obviously not cleaned, and it just made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the place, it was hard to get out of the parking as it was at the end of a dead end kind of weird spot but other than that it was fine. It was really affordable for what I needed.
