About this apartment rental

We are happy to back on VRBO. We housed some folks who lost their home during Helene in the 2024 storms and what was supposed to be short term, turned in to over a year at which time we paused VRBO. We look forward to hosting guests again.

Downtown St. Petersburg is a vibrant & exciting City abundant in the arts and culture. From our condo you can walk to pretty much everything! Pick your pleasure and I bet we have it. You really don't need a car as so much is walkable.
Museums, The Dali, Museum of Fine Arts, Holocaust Museum, St. Pete History Museum to name a few.
Sorry, no pets, unless you want to pay a $500 non refundable fee to the Association and then there is a 20 pound maximum weight.

It would be impossible to list the abundant restaurants and breweries, art galleries, cool shops, incredible music venues and boutiques. Our community accommodates all taste free, vegan, or vegetarian? No worries, we have plenty of restaurants friendly to your taste buds.

From October through June, there is an open air market, the Saturday Morning Market, which has live music and interesting vendors all in an open air venue.

If sports are your gig, the Rowdies Stadium and our Rays Tropicana Field are also within walking distance and Raymond James Stadium, where our Tampa Bay Buccaneers play, is only about 30 minutes away.

But for us, the best of our beautiful City are our eclectic neighborhoods and our parks, our glorious waterfront parks which offer concerts, art festivals (Main Sail Art Festival is one of the largest juried art festivals in the county) of all kinds year round. Check out our City Calendar at for a calendar of events.

If you want to explore beyond your walking ability, there are "City Bikes" available throughout. Ride through our Grand Central, Edge and Midtown Districts which are abundant with Breweries and wonderful shops & eateries while enjoying the mural art tour.

Downtown St. Pete is simply fabulous and friendly. And if you want to enjoy the beach, we're literally just 20 minutes away!

We love our place and have worked hard to make it comfortable and enjoyable.

We have strict 30 minimum stay requirement due to Associations guidelines) AND 60 DAY MINIMUM DURING PEAK SEASON, DECEMBER - APRIL. No inquiries for discounted rates, please.

Cant go wrong. Everything is easy to walk to. Publix is only two blocks away. Other tenants in the building seem to be friendly. The laundry room was never busy. When you come enjoy this great city.

3 weeks stay January 2018. Comfortable, quiet, and clean apartment on the third floor a 4-story elevator building in downtown St. Petersburg, near University of South Florida. Bayboro Tower was built in 1974. Pros: good location, can walk to downtown restaurants, museums, coffee shops and shopping - plus waterfront and parks. Host is friendly and responsive. Apartment is well equipped and well furnished, including a nice TV and ceiling fans. No carpet, so floors are clean. Pet friendly. Outdoor assigned parking is convenient. Beautiful mature landscaping around building.Cons: Windows have good blinds, which are needed because all the windows look directly into a seven-story parking garage that is lit at night. With the blinds closed it’s a non-issue. No washer/dryer in the unit, but the common laundry room is fairly convenient. Carpet in common areas is shabby.
