This private cottage is on the back of the property, There is a small outdoor space with a cafe table and gas grill. Two blocks to Lassing park and the water. Just one mile south of downtown St Petersburg. Quiet area close to everything. This studio has a beautiful modern kitchen and private parking on alley behind the property.

Great studio VRBO. It was perfect for our 3 night stay with 2 kids. It has a nice kitchen with plenty of kitchen essentials. The host is very easy to talk to with any questions and very welcoming.

Good location. Floor dirty. Fingernail clippings on floor and furniture. Tan chair dirty and stained. Did not feel comfortable sitting in it. Could use some good coffee mugs.
