-Sit outside and stargaze since you are away from the city lights

Great house on Smith Lake. Our family had a memorable 5 days. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great grill, kayaks and the floating Lilly pad were a big hit. Too bad my husband wasn’t able to snag a fish despite trying for 4 days! Just wasn’t in the cards, but he enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend. I suggest driving during daylight hours.

The Host was easy to work with and easy to contact. We had a wonderful relaxing time by the lake. Wonderful location especially if you have a boat and plan to get in the water. The water was too cold for us (April) but there was a spot to get in the river if you wanted. The house was clean and ample room for 6 adults. Kitchen was stocked well enough although the nonstick pans need to be tossed. We did wish there was an empty cabinet for our dry goods so it didn't clutter up the counter. Biggest issue was the house number wasn't visable from the road, so we weren't sure if we had the right place. We just had to try the lock. We recommend this lake house!
