The Confetti Hotel is what i expect from a.
.three -star hotel. Its located in a nice part of town and we had fantastic views across HaLong Bay from our room.
We had to change our flight and Tu on the front desk was a fantastic help calling the airline which proved to be a real challenge and took a loooong time
The original room allocated had a faulty air con and the staff moved quickly to relocate us. There was also some contruction work going on next door and they started making noise about 7am

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle yet with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
Great views and friendly staff.
Overall very good value for money.
The hallways could use some carpeting to muffle the sound of people talking (and yelling) and walking.

clean room, lovely staff.
I was woken up at 6am to loud construction noises that made it impossible to sleep. I feel like this should have been stated before or on arrival of our stay. bad way to start a long day.
