spacious, clean, quite and strategic location
None, maybe except with the suggestion to provide hanging place for towel outside bedroom, and cloth hanging facilities after washing.

got a strange smell all over the house maybe from the fertilizer they put on the landscape tree outside. it stinky.

The fact that the house is a corner lot with well maintained lawn. It is also nicely renovated so it is very spacious. The house is also very clean.
