This beautiful first floor St. Andrews Villa is a 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom with screened in-patio. It is nestled between stunning Live Oak trees and the Legendary George Fazio 14th hole.
The master suite, with a new Marriott king-sized bed and adjoining master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered screened in-patio.
The kitchen is updated with new appliances and has all the amenities you need.

It is an amazing place to stay. The people upstairs had kids running around that made our dog crazy so we just took her with us. Kent was easy to talk to and wanted to make sure all was great. Thanks Kent

This is our second time staying in this property, and we will happily stay again. This condo is perfect for my husband, my dog, and me to spend a long weekend. It's quiet and peaceful.
