About this house rental
22 Peaks is a stunning 3/3.5 home with majestic views of the Sneffels Mountain Range. You will enjoy the high end appointments in our home-Venetian plastered walls, granite surfaces, antique rustic chestnut floors and a wine cellar. The views are unmatched and set this home apart from others. The living, dining and kitchen are on the main level. Up one level to the Master and down one level to the media room with a 65'' TV and the other two bedrooms. Just outside the media room is the covered hot tub. There is a large deck off of the living room with a gas grill which faces the mountain view - a great place to watch the sun go down while having a glass of wine. Steam showers are nice after a long day of skiing-and the cross country ski track is right outside. Shuttles service offers transportation to the stores, gondola and the ski slopes.

Our family stayed at Jennifer and Tobin's house for a week of skiing at Telluride. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The views are stunning. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed as we did most of our cooking at home. It also had a wide variety of spices. I felt at home grilling on the Weber grill. The dial a ride and ski locker at the Village base were a game changer for us. We have never experienced such convenience. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tobin's beautiful house and I hope we have a chance to stay again.

We absolutely loved staying in Tobin and Jennifer's home. The photos are true to the property and it was the perfect home base for a ski vacation. We were grateful for the addition of Dial a Ride and the ski locker as well as the sweet welcome gifts left by Tobin and Jennifer. The hosts were quick to answer any issues we had and were truly the best hosts I've ever had. We've stayed in plenty of rental homes and this was the best stocked home ever (think full size lotions for the dry weather, soap, plenty of trash bags, paper goods, cooking essentials, etc.). We'd highly recommend staying in this home to any of our friends.
