Unique three-bedroom, two-level, end unit, condominium is surrounded by the majestic peaks of Colorado's San Juan Mountains with great views of Telluride Ski & Golf Resort! Vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, dining, living area, and master suite provide a sense of openness with natural light, brightness, and warmth. New beds, new appliances, a ton of over-the-top conveniences like TV's in each room, and thoughtful upgrades make this property exceptional in many ways.



Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola (Winter Only) “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.



The garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For reference, the unit is on the third floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase. Please be aware that this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride. Please be aware this property allows a 2 vehicle max for all reservations!

The shuttle was a quick walk from the unit with frequent pickup times to get you to the Gondola, Mountain Village, market and shops. We enjoyed our stay. Unit is accessible by stairs.

Real nice townhouse for our ski trip. It was walking distance to the chondola so we could make our way into the town of Telluride in the evening with out driving.

Our family of five recently stayed at Outlaws 1b, and it was an amazing experience. The condo is beautifully maintained, clean and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Chondola, making it so convenient for skiing and exploring the area. Chris was a pleasure to work with, ensuring everything went smoothly for our stay. We loved every minute and will definitely return.

Our stay was short (3 nights) but was definitely not short on accommodations. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Warm and inviting, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. With three bathrooms to match the three bedrooms there was never any waiting. Living area was compact but worked just fine. We had one vehicle and were able to utilize the garage. Parking could be an issue if you have more than one vehicle. We would/will definitely return.
