About this house rental
Enjoy easy ski access from this beautiful, four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in the exclusive Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. This home has it all!
A short walk across the neighborhood street puts you mid-mountain at Utah's exclusive Deer Valley Resort.
Enjoy views of mountain peaks and ski slopes from the balcony/ deck area. After skiing, relax in the brand new, private hot tub, or enjoy a steam shower before settling in with games in the cozy family room in front of the fire.
The finely appointed decor and four wood-burning fireplaces promise a comfortable retreat while the gourmet kitchen, great room, washer/ dryer, and brand new flat-screen TVs afford the many comforts of home.
The main level offers a large gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen; great room; and dining area -- a beautiful gathering place after skiing. A wood-burning fireplace (with gas starter) makes this whole area very charming and cozy. The great room has a brand new flat-screen TV that is connected to the internet, allowing you to download your favorite movies and shows. A half bath and mudroom/ski changing area are also located on this main level.
The four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, provide convenience for families. The two master bedrooms each offer king-size beds, a wood-burning fireplace and private bathroom complete with a shower, bathtub (one with jets), and double sinks.
The first master bedroom is located on the third floor, along with a nook complete with a day bed - the perfect place to escape and read a book. Also on this level is a desk and HP printer offering a beautiful, quiet area to get some work done if needed.
The second master bedroom is on the main floor.
The lower level is a refuge unto itself, with a second family room, two bedrooms, and the laundry room. Children will enjoy the bunk room, with two sets of bunk beds. This room also has its own bathroom complete with tub, shower, and double sinks. Doors from this room open to the lower deck with a brand-new, six-person hot tub. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, as well as a drying rack.
A family room complete with a sofa, two chairs with ottomans, coffee table, and large flat-screen HD-TV offers viewing of your favorite television show, DVD, or VCR movie. This room also has a gas wood burning (gas starter) fireplace to keep you warm while watching TV or playing one of the many board games you'll find in the home.
With close proximity to Silver Lake Village, guests can enjoy exploring many fabulous restaurants and shops. A short drive takes you into Park City, which is a quaint town offering more shopping at local boutiques, fine dining at highly-regarded restaurants, art galleries, and much more!

Awesome family vacation home. We traveled with three adult children and their significant others; The home had four bedrooms on three floors to provide privacy and comfort for all of us. The main level had a wonderful gathering area that included everything in one open space, living, dining, kitchen. We had family meals, card games by the fireplace, and watched movies all together. The best feature was "Ski in - Ski out" I'll never be able to fly coach again!....... We will be back...Bob

Great layout, well stocked, clean, great location for skiing, every thing our family needed for a great ski holiday. We really enjoyed being able to just walk across the road and up some steps to pop right out on the slopes. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing and we loved the numerous fireplaces to cozy up to first thing in the morning and then again in the evening. Check in was super easy and communication was prompt. Would definitely stay again!
