I'd like to keep this absolutely secret - this was the perfect spot for our family (mom, dad, and two young adults). Spacious layout - rooms for everyone. Kitchen, living area beautifully updated. Perfect location for the pool. We stayed here because it is across the street from our lifelong friends, but this unit gave space for fully grown kids to have their own space. Perfect spot. We will be back.

We have extensive experience with vacation rentals and I have to say this property is exceptional. Stayed here for 5 fabulous, relaxing days with my husband and mother-in-law. Here are some of our observations.- Extremely well equipped, they have thought of everything you might possibly need, especially in the kitchen.- Extremely clean.- Updated decor.- Gas fireplace works GREAT! - All the seating is very comfortable (not sure why someone stated otherwise) Beds comfortable as well.- The views are even better in person.- The complex is guarded and feels very secure and safe.- The pool and hot tub are heated and we found them empty during our stay.- The patio is large and well furnished with a very comfortable dining table/chairs and two chaise lounges. Upstairs balcony is great too, with comfy chairs and amazing views.- Issue-free internet and Smart TV- Very close to top golf courses and Old Town La Quinta.- Property management is prompt to respond to questions.- Friendly neighbors, wink! :-)Obviously, we highly recommend this property!
