This stunning desert condo is located in the gated community of PGA WEST in La Quinta, CA. The kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom all look out at a beautiful lake view! The backyard patio and master bedroom patio lakefront and perfect for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour or a late evening gathering around the fire pit! In addition to the beautiful view, this is the perfect place to get away for some golf in the California sun with Six Pro Golf Courses (3 Public and 3 Private) or a trip to Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach and more-- only 10 minutes away. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and ducks as you walk the short stroll to the pool and hot tub that is seconds away from the back patio. (Parking is included with an enclosed garage as well). Bikes, fire pit and BBQ are also available for your enjoyment.

Came to La Quinta for Stagecoach. Home was perfectly located only a few miles away. Getting around was super easy. Host was very responsive. Clean, quiet, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space for 7 adults. Loved all the throw blankets. Beautiful location right on the lake, and close to the pool and hot tub. Lots of amenities, including bikes for guest use. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was just what my group needed for a weekend at Coachella. We were able to comfortably rest and cook some meals while not at the festival. It's easy to communicate with the host. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at this PGA West home in La Quinta! The property was very clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable: quiet, secure, and perfectly situated within PGA West, with stunning views and easy access to golf, hiking, dining, and all that La Quinta has to offer. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the desert weather.Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, welcoming, and made check-in and check-out completely effortless. You can tell they truly care about providing a great guest experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-tier La Quinta / PGA West experience!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. Check in was great and the host got back to us promptly to allow early check in.The ceiling fan in the master did not work when we arrived and Steve had a handy man out two days later to fix it. After a day it stopped working again. I reached out to Steve again and did not receive a response. I texted him 4 days later and he said the handyman would be out the next day. The handyman did not show up during the rest of our stay. It was disappointing that I got to sleep in the master bedroom 1 night out of 14. Up until the issue with the fan, communication with the host (Steve) was excellent.
