Sunset Ridge Cabin is located in Paradise Pointe, a gated mountain retreat at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. All 19 rentals share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun!
The Space:
Welcome to Sunset Ridge Cabin – Where Adventure Meets Relaxation!
Perched in a scenic mountain setting, Sunset Ridge Cabin is the ultimate getaway for families or groups looking to relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories. This spacious, thoughtfully designed retreat features 3 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Kids (and kids at heart) will love the indoor adventure zone—a unique space with a rock climbing wall, crawl-through tunnel, and twisty slide leading to a tree net loft that playfully overlooks the living space below. One of the bedrooms is located right in this playful zone, making it a dream come true for adventurous little ones or the young-at-heart. The other two bedrooms offer plenty of comfort and cozy charm, each outfitted with a Smart TV and electric fireplace for a restful retreat after a day of fun.
Traveling with a larger group? We also offer a comfy air mattress that can sleep two additional guests.
Cook up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, pots, pans, a blender, a coffee maker, and even coffee to get your mornings started right.
Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air from the spacious porch, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill, or gather around the fire pit under the stars.
Whether you're here to relax by the fireplace, soak in the views, or climb, crawl, and slide your way through the cabin, Sunset Ridge Cabin offers the perfect blend of adventure and tranquility for your next mountain escape.
We provide a starter kit that includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, and starter dish soap & hand soap. Linens and towels are supplied, and if you need more, there is a washer and dryer available. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, but there is no dishwasher, so we suggest bringing paper products for easier cleanup. Please note, we do not provide oil, salt, pepper, food, drinks, or personal toiletries.
Smoking is allowed outside/do not throw butts on ground!
Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located at Summit, just a quick 2-minute drive from Paradise. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use, with a second charger currently in progress.
We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. Please reach out with details about your pet before booking so we can ensure the perfect stay for everyone!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Our family stayed here for a much needed retreat. The property was peaceful and beautiful! We loved the sunset and moutain views. The kids loved the slide and rock wall. We enjoyed the hot tub and well supplied kitchen for cooking. The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated.

The cabin was amazing. It was decorated beautifully and the excitement the kids had when they saw the slide and the net above the living room was worth it all! We had an issue with the AC unit but the moment we let management know they were addressing the issue ASAP. Would highly recommend staying there.

We had some pretty big issues while at this home. The whole house smelled like the septic was backing up under the house. They finally fixed it the last day with a few workers under the house for 3-4 hrs. The next big issue was on the 2nd day my son took a shower in the upstairs bathroom and while I was in the downstairs bathroom at the same time, water started pouring through the ceiling onto our toiletries and on the toilet etc. We got him to turn it off immediately but then still had to clean it all up with all the clean towels. They fixed that issue the next day. The front door lock battery was dying so wasn't working right, the upstairs bathroom door wouldn't latch or lock and the upstairs bedroom wouldnt latch so would just pop back open when you tried to shut it. They fixed all the door problems the day after informing them of those issues also. The home had a beautiful view and we loved the hot tub at the house. The clubhouse pool was awesome as well. I also recommend coming in the back way of the property since the entrance is super crazy steep and basically only wide enough for one car and curves around where I'm not sure what people do if someone is going up while someone is also coming down. There were also open electical boxes with wires hanging out. One last thing to note is they talk about the private trail but it is way down the mountain at the entrance across the street... Overall, we had a great trip even with the horrible sewage smell.
