About this cottage rental
Everyone loves this completely renovated 2-bedroom cottage 'High View', with a view of the Saco inlet and is just a stone's throw from one of Maine's best rated beaches! It is located on a side street and next to the mouth of the Saco River!

Wonderfully decorated and renovated. Third property from the beach. New windows in 2015, completely resided the outside in 2016, painted the inside in May 2017, brand new flooring in 2018.
Hill's Beach is very quiet and just far enough to get away from all the tourist beaches. For the most part, the only people who frequent this area of beach are those who live on the street, approximately 10 houses. So the large, sandy beach is almost all yours!
With an outside shower, you can rinse off with warm water after coming up from the beach!
If you have kids (like our family), you will enjoy the peace of mind being on a side street with very little traffic and the large yard for the kids to run and play while they wait for you to go to the beach. Once on the beach you will find a majestic, panoramic view of islands and a jetty...It is fabulous!

Wonderful stay at a nice property, half a block from the beach.
Quiet apartment just steps from a quiet beach, nothing to do but relax and take walks.

Absolutely perfect for our annual family vacation! The house had everything we needed, was in a great location with ample parking. The beach was amazing, it was so quiet and relaxing. It was exactly what we imagined and more!

This cozy cottage is in a perfect location, perfect for young children and pets. The property is clean and the owners feel like family, since this was our fourth year renting the cottage. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing week. We love walking the beach, renting a kayak to explore the near islands and riding our bike to Fortune's Rock Beach. This is a vacation that your family will enjoy!
