Independent apartment in a large house, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchenette living area, private sauna, independent bathroom, Smart TV, complimentary wifi, separate entrance, outdoor setting, BBQ, walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Public transport at the door. Short bus ride to major shopping centres, cinemas and train station. Hillary's Marina 5kms, Perth city centre 25 kms. Owners live upstairs.

The location of this property is fantastic. Just a short walk to the wonderful beach, easy to get to central Perth by car or train (you will need coins for the car park though!). Jeff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. This may not be the place for you if you want to do lots of cooking in, but the facilities are great for a quick meal. Recommend this place to anyone

We had a really chilled few days here and the apartment was perfectly located. Jeff and Agnès were great hosts, helping us with local info and ensuring an easy check in after a long day’s travel. The apartment was clean and tidy and felt like a home from home.

Perfect location, shops, beach close by. Property had everthing we needed, comfy bed, great shower etc. Jeff and Agnes were great, very helpfull and knowledgeable on the area. We would definatly stay again and recommend this property to friends and family.
