Great location and close to downtown palm springs.
The house itself needs some work and up-keep. Furnishes are dated and worn; kitchen cabinets falling apart; minimal amenities at the house; pool umbrella is broken; pool chairs falling apart as you fall through when you sit down; rusted sliding doors.
I expected alot more for the price.
