My husband and I spent 6 weeks here - perfect for us! Main bedroom - good size; bed comfortable. Pillows - feather. Closet - plenty of space for clothes; loads of hangers.
Kitchen: everything we needed; appliances - quality & worked well.
Downstairs: LG washer and dryer - great. Small family room now has credenza and a couple of hassocks. Nice additions!
The bedrooms downstairs are small. One with dresser, the other has drawers attached to the underside of the bed. Drawers (4) take up entire space under bed. Added to bedrooms is room AC. These sit on the floor with tubing that goes to the windows. (Tubing like for dryer vent.) One guest used the AC - good. AC is right beside the bed in the larger room, so bed access from 1 side. AC is not in the way for smaller room.
Loved the property and its location. Grandkids played non-stop with kids on the block.
One concern: In late afternoon, the sun shines directly into house. On warmer days, house heats up for about 2 hours, even with doors open. Also, glare from sun is bright. We hung white, plastic on windows (static electricity); definitely helped.
I would rent again - location, beauty, quality appliances & furniture were excellent. Owner was extremely responsive to any call.
Loved being able to get to the walking paths. Were about 0.5 mile to Gelson’s grocery and 1.5 miles to Ralph’s. Trader Joe’s near Ralph’s.
Room for 2 cars only.
Final note: I’m picky & the home was quite clean in all areas.

Beautiful house. We loved staying here. Ben was very helpful. Highlights were walking to the beach, hot tub and watching the sunsets!
