About this house rental
Located in the guard-gated community of Ritz Pointe, this split level home was completely renovated in 2016 to showcase sweeping Catalina sunset views and create an open floor plan ideal for family living.
Open concept main living space is perfect for an extended family get away or a couples retreat. Freshly renovated kitchen features Wolf and Subzero appliances, and 8 foot island with seating for 4, beautiful hardwood floors and marble countertops. Living area includes a large custom sofa and a 70" Samsung smart TV. Additional sitting area with gas fireplace is great for reading any time of day or watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean.
Expansive La Cantina doors open up the entire back of the house to the newly extended rear deck with stairs down to the back yard, which has also been re-done as of summer 2018. The back yard now offers Restoration Hardware patio furniture, RH fire pit, an outdoor TV, private hot tub, and two patio area heaters.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen Samsung smart TV, en suite bath with soaking tub, separate shower, double sink vanity and walk in closet.
There is a second living area on the lower level with an additional 60" Samsung smart tv, two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space, a full bath and laundry room.
Our home is walking distance to Salt Creek Beach and many other walking/hiking trails. Enjoy the amenities that Dana Point and the surrounding communities have to offer! We are conveniently located adjacent to the recently renovated Monarch Beach Resort and Spa (formerly known as the St. Regis Resort) and one mile from the Laguna Niguel Ritz Carlton.
