the location is perfect! eateries is just walking distance! very comfortable and clean! loud applause to the owner! maintain a clean homestay and very comfy. we will sure come again!! not to forget the location is very strategic
the swimming pool timing and regulations is not guest friendly

the property was not properly prepared when we checked in, no toilet papers, no tissues, ac was dripping, the rubbish bin was not cleared (with used nappy still inside the bin), the wifi speed only 20Mbs only, the cleaning was done very superficial, ie the toilet surface looks clean, but there are still dirty marks on the tap & mirror.
We have waited for almost 6 hours to get more toilet rolls.
When we initially made the booking in end June 2022, the owner has mislead us by stating the area size as 111m2, after we complaint to Booking.com, that they have now changed it to 65m2.
The owner demanded us to change the review ratings.
