About this house rental
I have a beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It's 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath split floor plan. Has a nice size heated pool and covered lanai. Completely fenced in back yard. Very close to Charlotte harbor and Port Charlotte beach. About 20-25 minutes to Englewood beach. Public fishing piers and boat ramp are 3 blocks away. Has wi-fi internet included. I 'm booking for the 2025 season. New pool cage, pool pump, and A/C unit. Tv has Roku, but no cable. No cats allowed.

We had a wonderful month at this property. The house is a little older but well maintained and was clean when we checked in. It has many nice features - the primary bedroom and en suite bathroom are on one side while the other bedrooms & bath are on the side with kitchen and 2 sitting rooms in between for a little privacy if more than one family is staying. There is another bathroom that accesses directly from the pool area. The kitchen was well equipped. We did lots of barbequing, cooking & even baking and we found everything we needed. Best of all is the pool area where we spent most of our time. The pool was sparkling clean with nice patio furniture. The area is residential with quiet streets to walk & bike (nice cruiser bike was included) with busier Tamiami Trail (41) barely 5 minutes away. The owner, Joe was close by - always available & ready to help but not intrusive. Also, it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect - 80's & sunny!! Would definitely rent this place again.
