About this apartment rental
Between sky and sea, in the soft light of the rising sun and with the sound of the waves to rock you; "Les mouettes"' offers you a magical experience and an unforgettable vacation.
You stay in a luxurious new apartment of 55m2, on the ground floor, for 2 people or 2 adults and a child, in a high-end residence above a small beach in the heart of the village of Solenzara.
From your apartment you will have a direct access to the infinity pool with the sea as the only horizon in a landscaped environment with Mediterranean essences.
You also benefit from secure private parking in the residence.
The apartment is arranged as follows:
- A fully equipped new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob.
- The living room adjoining the kitchen opens directly onto the terrace; it is equipped with a small sofa bed (110) which can be used as a bed for a child; fiber WIFI and television with all TNT channels.
- A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
- A bedroom (160 cm bed) opening onto a terrace covered by a bioclimatic pergola on the village side.
An equipped covered terrace (small table and chairs for lunch, deck chairs) for relaxing with a superb view of the sea and the pretty cove; a small waterfront garden with direct access to the sublime infinity pool.
Very intimate and out of sight.
Household linen (sheets/towels and kitchen towels) is provided,
A cleaning contribution of €40 will be requested upon your arrival as well as a deposit of €500.

This is the second stay in this fabulous apartment, which is right by the water. The apartment is very well appointed and has a lovely patio area that looks directly out to the sea. The swimming pool is super too!
Perfect hosts with prompt communication at all times.

Outstanding from start to finish. Clear communication to confirm we were expected and check if we had questions. Living space bigger than expected with lovely, sparkling clean kitchen, including everything you might need (dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid etc.). Comfy bed. Close to town, but peaceful. Great swimming pool. And not forgetting the view over the sea that entertained us day and night. Absolutely charming and great hosts.

Super séjour!!! Très bel appartement dans une belle résidence calme. Une piscine magnifique avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Petit extérieur très sympas et conviviale. Idéalement situé, proche du centre ville, restaurant et commerce. Même en voiture les activités et belles plages sont accessibles rapidement.
Nous avons été accueillis par Sandrine avec un grand sourir et le plaisir de nous installer.
Pareil au départ avec jean-noël et Sandrine.
De super vacances sur Solenzara!

La localisation du logement est idéale pour rayonner et visiter la côte Est, le centre et le sud de l'île. Le logement est superbe dans une résidence de standing avec piscine à débordement et vue sur la mer. Les équipements sont également de qualité avec une spacieuse terrasse "presque" les pieds dans l'eau. A noter la qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires, leur gentillesse et disponibilité ! Tout était parfait pour que notre séjour se déroule à merveille... ce qui a été le cas !
