About this apartment rental
Between sky and sea, in the soft light of the rising sun and with the sound of the waves to rock you; "Les mouettes"' offers you a magical experience and an unforgettable vacation.
You stay in a luxurious new apartment of 55m2, on the ground floor, for 2 people or 2 adults and a child, in a high-end residence above a small beach in the heart of the village of Solenzara.
From your apartment you will have a direct access to the infinity pool with the sea as the only horizon in a landscaped environment with Mediterranean essences.
You also benefit from secure private parking in the residence.
The apartment is arranged as follows:
- A fully equipped new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob.
- The living room adjoining the kitchen opens directly onto the terrace; it is equipped with a small sofa bed (110) which can be used as a bed for a child; fiber WIFI and television with all TNT channels.
- A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
- A bedroom (160 cm bed) opening onto a terrace covered by a bioclimatic pergola on the village side.
An equipped covered terrace (small table and chairs for lunch, deck chairs) for relaxing with a superb view of the sea and the pretty cove; a small waterfront garden with direct access to the sublime infinity pool.
Very intimate and out of sight.
Household linen (sheets/towels and kitchen towels) is provided,
A cleaning contribution of €40 will be requested upon your arrival as well as a deposit of €500.

This is the second stay in this fabulous apartment, which is right by the water. The apartment is very well appointed and has a lovely patio area that looks directly out to the sea. The swimming pool is super too!
Perfect hosts with prompt communication at all times.

Outstanding from start to finish. Clear communication to confirm we were expected and check if we had questions. Living space bigger than expected with lovely, sparkling clean kitchen, including everything you might need (dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid etc.). Comfy bed. Close to town, but peaceful. Great swimming pool. And not forgetting the view over the sea that entertained us day and night. Absolutely charming and great hosts.

Fantastic experience. There was superb communication prior to arrival and when we got to Solenzara , Jean-Noel and Sandrine were most hospitable and knowledgeable. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool is lovely and very refreshing in the hot weather! The proximity to local amenities is really great - lots of restaurants in the town, all within walking distance of the apartment. Would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was brand new and very well appointed - hob/oven/grill/dishwasher/washing machine
Great dual air conditioning allowed bedroom and man room to be at different temperatures
wonderful swimming pool and a excellent beach 5 mins from the Marins
In the centre of Solenzara and so 5 mins from all the restaurants
owners Noel and Sandrine replied promptly to all our questions
