Seasonal rental 2019 new independent villa of modern style of 150m ² habitable and a terrace of 75m ² on a flat ground of 550m ² with closed and sported swimming pool located in edge of the port with impregnable view on the sea and the islands of gold.
First level with 10 beds in 4 large bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 each and a room with 2 beds of 140 including, each a large French window giving for two on a balcony, 2 bathrooms with each a walk-in shower and a piece of furniture with sinks and window and a separate toilet with also window.
On the second floor: A large terrace overlooking the south and east with a breathtaking view of the sea and the golden islands (Port Cros and the Levant) and the official residence of the head of state Fort Brégançon and including a large 10 seat TECH table with matching chairs and a rattan lounge with a 3 seater sofa, a large armchair, a large ottoman and a coffee table; a large room with three large sliding windows overlooking the terrace, serving as living room with 2 leather sofas and a large TV on furniture, and living room with a large table with chairs, an American kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave , dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob with extractor hood, coffee makers and Nespresso and all the necessary dishes, Cellar with fridge freezer. 1WC independent and a storeroom with a large fridge freezer (each with a window).
