New apartment with sea view 4 persons, 55m2+17m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with living room. Top location in Vodice. Great location, top position private terrace, pool 4m x 8m x 1,5m deep, gym, new apartment, modern design, private terrace with sea view, 2 bedrooms, open floor plan (living room, dining room, kitchen), bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, TV + SAT, safe, washing machine, bed linen and towels, private parking, garden furniture. The villa has its own gym with exercise equipment, billiards, table soccer and darts. The apartment has 50 m², 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite programs, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with sea views. Bed linen is provided and the beds are already made. There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle, WC with toilet paper and soap. Washing machine is in the laundry. This apartment has a large terrace with garden furniture. Villa has a private parking space and 1 parking space is reserved for the apartment. The villa also has a 4 x 8 m x 1.5 m outdoor pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower. In the basement there is a nice fitness room with exercise equipment, stepper, running belt and bicycle. There is also billiards, table soccer and darts. The gym is open daily from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.
The pool is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., season May to October. Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and no chlorine. It works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations, we add salt to the pool. Salt water flows through the device, extracting chlorine from the salt through the electrolysis process. The chlorinated water is purified and disinfected accordingly and then returned to the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions and even small children can swim unhindered.

This house is our little paradise and has everything you need if you want to spend your vacation in a small, lively place. Each apartment has its own safe and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The first beach is only 50 m away and the center of Vodice is 120 m away. Nice view from this top apartment. Owner was always easy get hold of and gave us tips on things to do in the surroundings.
Everything was great, if there should be some improvements it's that the bathroom door needs to be greased. We also missed a scissor and a bread knife in the kitchen. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would come back again!
