Miły właściciel, dobra lokalizacja, trudny dojazd. Balkon z dwóch stron na duży plus. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba: ręczniki, garnki, czajnik, żelazko, suszarkę do prania itp. Leżaki i suszarkę do włosów trzeba mieć swoją. Apartament przyjemny, czysty - choć nie należy do tych luksusowych.
Apartament z dwoma sypialniami: W opisie była klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, natomiast w praktyce jedna na cały apartament. Ze względu na brak upałów w tym czasie dawała radę, ale drzwi we wszystkich pomieszczeniach musiały być otwarte. W opisie dodatkowa toaleta, w rzeczywistości jedna łazienka z wc. Brak tv w sypialni jest tylko w salonie, gdzie krótka sofa się nie rozkłada. Więc jeśli ktoś preferuje wieczorne oglądanie tv na leżąco brak takiej możliwości.
